Support and data requests

PASS does not currently expose a self-service account-closure control. To request closure, email info@dotsportapp.com from the email address used for your PASS account with the subject PASS account closure.

We may need to verify your identity and team authority before changing account or membership data. Any retention required for the team's records is handled under the Privacy Notice rather than silently deleting team data.

Staff can create factual PDF exports from the reflection workflow where that export is available in the dashboard.

For a personal-data access or portability request, email info@dotsportapp.com from your account address with the subject Data request. We may need to verify your identity and authority for team information.
