PASS AI is an assistant for authorised staff. It does not make automatic coaching, safeguarding, wellbeing or selection decisions.
Subscription and billing
PASS Plus is a recurring team subscription. The selected price, billing interval and transaction total are shown before payment. Subscriptions renew for the same monthly or annual billing period until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, after which the team returns to Free and its core reflection records remain available.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for PASS Plus. Paddle processes the purchase, payment, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, recurring billing and transaction-side refunds.
