Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. PASS Plus subscriptions

PASS Plus is available as a recurring team subscription at £2.99 per month or £29.99 per year. The selected billing interval and price are shown before purchase.

2. Cancellation

The primary cancellation route is Paddle's buyer/customer billing portal or the billing-management route linked from PASS. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

After Plus ends, the team returns to PASS Free. Existing reflection records are not removed merely because the paid entitlement ends.

3. Refunds and statutory rights

Refund requests and transaction-side administration are handled through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Nothing in this policy removes statutory rights that apply to a buyer.

4. Checkout status

PASS Plus purchasing is available through the approved live Paddle checkout. Only an authorised team manager can start a purchase for a managed team.
